What do I need to apply for a rental?
You’ll need a photo ID, proof of income (typically 3x monthly rent), rental history, and to pass a background and credit check. Jennifer will guide you through each item.
How much is the security deposit?
Deposits are typically equal to one month’s rent, though they vary by property. The exact amount is listed on each property’s detail page.

Many of our homes are pet friendly. Each listing notes whether pets are allowed; just ask Jennifer about a specific property.
How long are the lease terms?
Most leases are 12 months, with renewal options. Some properties offer flexible terms — we’ll help you find a home that fits your timeline.
What happens if something needs repair?
Submit a maintenance request and we’ll coordinate the repair. For emergencies, call our direct line and we’ll respond promptly.
Can I view a home before applying?
Absolutely. Contact Jennifer to schedule a private showing of any available rental.
